Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth of low-dimensional materials (2D materials, quantum dots, etc.)
Heterostructure construction and device physics of low-dimensional materials
Synthesis and characterization of moiré superlattice materials
Conductive metal-organic framework (MOF) materials and devices
