我们与 Peking University 的 Prof. Yanfeng Zhang 合作，从理论角度理解了通过层厚和镜像孪晶界（MTBs）对 GaTe 工程化的量子阱态。我们预期此类 MTBs 可用于构建超缩放电子学器件，这一设想近来已在其他研究中得到验证。
